II. Warranty Periods & Registration

  • Standard Warranty: All Snailax products and accessories (e.g., adapters, covers) are covered by a 12-month Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase.

  • Extended Product Warranty: You may extend the warranty for Products (excluding accessories) to a total of 24 months by registering your unit at our Online Service Center within thirty (30) days of purchase.

  • Accessory Limitation: Accessories included with the main unit (adapters, power cords, etc.) enjoy the 1-year standard warranty only and are not eligible for the 2-year extension.

  • Replacement Warranty: Any product or part replaced under this warranty inherits the remaining warranty period of the original order. A replacement does not trigger a new warranty cycle.

III. Return & Refund Procedures

  • 30-Day Return: Undamaged products may be returned for a refund for any reason within 30 calendar days of purchase. To be eligible, the item must be in its original packaging.

  • 31 - 90 Day Refund: Between day 31 and day 90, a refund is only available if the product exhibits a manufacturer's defect that Snailax deems irreparable or impossible to replace.

  • Post-30-Day Packaging: For warranty repairs or replacements initiated after the first 30 days, the original packaging is not mandatory. However, the customer must use alternative packaging of suitable strength and protection to prevent transit damage.

IV. Warranty Claim Procedures

To obtain warranty service, please contact support@snailax.com with the following:

  1. Valid Proof of Purchase: Order number from Snailax.com or authorized resellers (Amazon/eBay/Walmart).

  2. Evidence: Clear photos or videos documenting the defect.

  3. Product Info: Model number and Serial Number (S/N) label found on the product.

  4. RMA Requirement: Once justified, Snailax will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns without an RMA will be rejected.

V. Warranty Limitations & Exclusions

This limited warranty does NOT cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., fabric fraying over time).

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications/repairs.

  • Commercial, rental, or institutional use.

  • Purchases from unauthorized third-party resellers.

  • Lost or stolen products.

  • Gifts or promotional items provided by Snailax.

VI. Snailax’s Reserved Rights

Snailax reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

  1. Specify whether items should be returned to a warehouse for inspection or be field-inspected.

  2. Deduct administrative fees or refuse a return if the item does not meet the requirements of this policy.

  3. Modify these terms at any time; however, the terms in effect at the time of your purchase will apply.

VII. Legal Disclaimer

THE WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY. SNAILAX DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS; YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
